“Great dessert sensation journey. ”
Really good dessert. The matcha ice cream, very soft jelly, perfect sweetness for soft serve followed by corn flakes to add some depth and gula melaka to end it provides a great sensory experience! Just that service is so so. Nothing to shout about.

“We like the food but not the queue”
We were there twice but unfortunately, it was over the weekend where we had to queue and waited for about 0.5hr before we were seated. We like the Hojicha latte (both ice and hot) and the matcha chocolate cake which is not available in the Singapore menu. The patrons were mostly local young girls wi...th shopping bags taking a break from shopping and catching up with friends. It is a busy place over the weekend due to its location, we suppose.

“Nice matcha drinks”
We had drinks at Nana's several times while in Japan, in this store and some other locations also. The iced matcha drinks are delicious and refreshing; I recommend the one with matcha icecream for extra matcha-ness. The iced hojicha drink is also good. The hot matcha latte was ok, but not as good a...s the iced version for me. There are better high-end (more expensive) matcha drinks around but Nana's is convenient and relaxed. Nana's is located on level 8F in Lumine Est, Shinjuku; not to be confused with the Lumine 1 and 2 buildings . I found it easiest to get to the Lumine Est entrance from the street, it was very hard to find from inside Shinjuku Station.
