“Fantastic food- even better hospitality!”
Still jet-lagged and hungry as ever, we were half an hour early for lunchtime in Tokyo. We got lucky and struck out with Maumi! The lady took us in and made as feel right at home even though she wasn't completely ready to be open yet. The language barrier was very real so we didn't know exactly what... we ordered, but we were not disappointed. My husband had a beef barbecue and the lady showed him how to do it properly, and even hand-fed him a piece! I had a noodle soup of sorts, and while it was delicious I should have gotten the barbecue as well. We were most satisfied with our meal and the service was unforgettable. Prices are average for Japan. Would recommend and would go back!
