“Fanrastic!”
We visited Sasada long time ago before they got 3 stars from Michelan. We always love his menu. Its always a course. This time we visited him during summer. We had a nice time with my mother in law. For appetizer he prepared gelatin made from orata fish. Inside was sea urchin and slimy radish. After...wards he served saba sushi, tofu soup with watercress, followed by grilled fish with umeboshi sauce, 4 kind of sashimi, another grilled fish, rice with small fish, tsukemono and red miso soup. For dessert he prepared red beans with mochi. I would recommend this to everyone.
