幹線道路や高速道路沿いのファミリーレストランは、車で利用する客が多いため、1階のスペースを駐車場として、レストランそのものは2階にあるスタイルが多いです。このレストランも典型的なそのスタイルのレストランです。レストランへの昇降は階段だけでなくエレベーターもあるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方でも利用しやすいです。 海鮮料理を主体とした和食を多く取り揃えています。給仕される料理の質や量は特に問題は無いのですが、スタッフのサービスに問題が多いです。接客態度そのものではなく、いくら呼んでも来ないという、対応が極めて遅いことです。それは食後の会計にも及びます。厨房から話し声が聞こえるため、決して人が足りな...さ過ぎているわけではないかと思いますが、完全に辟易してしまいました。様々な料理を給仕しているレストランであるだけに残念です。 Family restaurants along main roads and highways are usually located on the second floor, with the first floor used as a parking lot, since many customers use the restaurant by car. This restaurant is a typical example of this style of restaurant. There are not only stairs but also elevators to get up and down to the restaurant, making it accessible to people with disabilities such as wheelchairs. The restaurant offers a large selection of Japanese cuisine, mainly seafood dishes. There is nothing wrong with the quality and quantity of the food served, but there are many issues with the service provided by the staff. It's not the service itself, but the extremely slow response time, where no matter how many times you call, they never show up. This also extends to the checkout after the meal. I can hear them talking from the kitchen, so I guess they are never too short of people, but I was completely fed up with it. It's a shame because this is a restaurant that serves a variety of cuisines.

Just as other Japanese Restaurant, our meal was beautifully and delicately presented. We came here to satisfy my cravings for Zaru Soba, and so we ordered some set meals that comes with nigiri sushi, shrimp & vegetable tempura, misu soup and hot custard. The weather was a bit cold so we had 2 cups ...of house tea (of course, for free), and we finished our meal with a sweet Japanese desert made of beans and topped with a scoop of ice cream. We dined during a weekday, hence the service was fast since there wasn’t a lot of customers during that day.
