We decided to take our in-laws (Japanese) to this restaurant. We were really looking forward to it. My wife (Japanese) made a reservation, but unfortunately, we were unaware when we called that they have another Italian restaurant a block away and that is the one the reservation was made at. When... we arrived, we gave them our name and they took us to our table. A minute later, a waiter (Mr. Sumida) came to our table and in a rude tone and a loud voice asked us if we had made a reservation. Being unaware that they had another restaurant under a different name, we said yes (smiling). He almost shouted that "No you don't. You made a reservation at another restaurant. Leave the table." My 82 year old father in law was upset with his tone and volume, accusing us of being there falsely. We left our table and were escorted by another staff member outside and he took us to the other restaurant, which was ok, but not worth going to again. We want to go to this restaurant, but never when that A HOLE Mr. Misaki is there. Basically, if you are in town for a bit, don't bother going here. We were upset and disappointed. They should have been polite and explained it to us. Too bad.
