The owner loves wine and serves good food to match the wine you pick. You can walk into a few hundred bottle wine cellar and pick the wine you wish to enjoy. The price is clearly written on the bottle so that choice is easy. After choosing the bottle, you can order from the menu, or ask the chef ...to serve "Omakase"- Chef's Choice. You will need to use Google map to find the location of the restaurant, for it is in very quiet part of downtown Tokyo. It is close to Ueno and Akihabara.
