Had lunch here when visitting Sea Paradise. THe place is a typical Chinsese family style restayrant. That means no fancy interior, plastice chair etc. But usually the food is good at these places. The food here was fine. It wasnt the best Chinese I have had but it was fine and better than what you u...sually find at theme parks. And it was cheap so all good here. The one thing that makes me not give more than 2 stars was the service when paying. There was a young man with serious attitude issues. First he looked like he hated his job and we customers was just a bother. No smile, none of the typical japanese hospitality, only a frown on his face. All he did was say the price in a monotone half irritated voice. He didnt even look at you. And of course he only repeated the sum in japanese over and over. This alone wouldnt bother me but it was what happens next that was not good. I politely told him that I do not speak Japanese. In 99.99% of the cases you wil by now either see the price on the cash register or the clerk will type it in to a calculator if they do not speak English. Well not this guy, he just repetead the price in Japanese in a more aggresive tone. The price on the cash register was the price the previous customer had so I couldnt use that. So I told him again in broken Japanese that I do not understand Japanese. Now he yelled the price to my face in Japanese and hit the cash register hard pointing to the sum. Of course now he realised the sum was wrong so he changed it and yelled at me again and pointing at the sum on the cash register. Class act right there. So dont place an employee that are having such attitude issues in front of customers. And this restaurant is in a place that is catering for tourists. Then basic knowledge of English should be a requirement for front staff because tourists may enter your premiss.
