“Okay but nothing amazing”
I didn’t really get the comments here. The waiter was super nice and willing but the place was nothing special. The biggest thing was how little choice there was on the menu and when it arrived, it was just regular food. I wouldn’t say it’s the #2 restaurant in Shinjuku, I’d say it was okay.

“Excellent romantic atmosphere, staff very kind.”
Food and wine was good and definitely Italian, even if a little overpriced from my point of view. However, most of Italian restaurants are overpriced in Tokyo. Staff is mainly Italian and was very kind. They could speak English. I came here for the romantic atmosphere and the staff acceded all my... demands. Best staff in Tokyo for romantic atmosphere !

“Quality over quantity”
The food quality was fantastic and the service was great. My only issue was the portions were a bit small but I guess you pay for quality over quantity.

“Overpriced and mediocre food.”
Don’t make the same mistake we did and decide to eat here. The food at best is average and the prices are very expensive - should be $$$$ not 2-3. We had 2 pasta dishes and 2 glasses of red wine that had turned ! We told the waiter the wine was off but he refused to take off our bill. We order...ed Prosecco as we thought it would be safe - we were wrong again. I know we are in Tokyo and should be eating local, but we wanted a change. It turned out to be an expensive lesson which I wanted to share with others so they did not fall into the trap. There are much better restaurants nearby for a lot less.

“Feels like visiting Italy!”
The chef has stepped out from the kitchen and explained thoroughly the menu for the initial order and then for desserts. The food is amazing, as if visiting Italy.
