“Basically Japanese but kind of fusion”
Located at quiet place yet conveniently located to visit, just a minute walk from Akabanebashi station of Nanboku line subway. Serving rather fusion style Japanese food and most of them including Sashimi are good taste but some too fusion type food get be disappointed. You can ask your budget for se...t menu.

“Outstanding!”
Japanese business partners took us there for a dinner tonight. You walk through an unmarked door into a modern restaurant where, over the next 3 hours, we had course after course of Japanese delicacy. From raw fish to tofu to veggies to steak, the food was phenomenal. Some dishes left me thinking ..."omg, have I just gone to heaven?" I didn't see the final bill but I have no doubt that it was VERY expensive. In my head I'm trying to reason out just how expensive it would have to be for it not be worth the incredible food experience...

“Sit at your table and grill”
Super tender meat from all parts of the animal. You get it derved at your table and grill it yourselfe, together with raw vegetables. Good beer beside, or wine from a medium wine list. Real Japanese food at a real Japanese restaurant..

“Excellent good modern Japanese 味・サービス・雰囲気のバランスが良い”
Excellent modern Japanese resraurant but not too modern. Especially the service of the staff is excellent and make the guest very cozy. Probably thanks to restaurant master. ちょっとフュージョン系の日本料理店だが、あまり飛んでいるわけでもなく、和食党の僕にも許容範囲。押し付けがましくないサービスがぬきんでて良く、店主の人柄がにじみ出ている。
