The steak served was tough. I love steaks and normally buy USDA choice Ribeyes. The steak served was not A5 grade, I’ve had A4 grade steaks and they were tender. The steaks served was chewy and NEVER MELTED IN YOUR MOUTH. Whoever posted the YouTube about this restaurant is not a steak enthusiast. Do...n’t waste your money, we had an unagi/steak dinner in a small restaurant and the steak was tender. I know we all have different taste but the quality of the steak at this restaurant is not tender.

my sister found this place for us to try and it didn’t disappoint. it’s teppanyaki style where you eat a set course menu. we started off with a fish and soup and then tried 5 different cuts of meat. if we wanted more of a certain cut we could ask for more. we ended the meal with freshly made garlic ...fried rice and a dessert. our chef was super friendly and could speak english well

Was a late arrival, but even though I was the last customer I still had excellent service and a just fantastic meal. I will admit, when it comes to beef, I prefer a beefier flavor over the sweet tenderness of wagyu and therefore prefer Korean Hanwoo beef, but the quality was still excellent and I go...rged myself heartily.

The reviews on this location for Ginza Steak are confusing. First, I think some were meant for the other location. Second, except for this review, all of them are old. So, here is a review of a recent experience. We dined here in January 2020 with 2 other couples. (Sorry for the late review but we ...were quarantined on the Diamond Princess and in the US for 26 days) I will be upfront with the only negative .... we were about 30 minutes early for our reservation. There were many open tables but the staff wanted us to wait, they tried to send us upstairs to a locked bar area. When that failed they finally agreed to seat us a little early. The 7 course meal was exquisite. The app, the soup, rice, etc. were all well prepared and flavorful. The piece-de-resistance was the beef .... there was plenty offered of a few different cuts. The chef cooked them at a decent pace so that no one was rushed or waited an excessive amount of time. I am not an expert who can recognize various grades of Waygu by sight, but I consider myself an expert in taste. All the beef was excellant, so rich in flavor with some fat but not overly so. The service was professional, drinks were delivered by waitstaff promptly as they were ordered during the evening. I certainly was worth our time and cost (about $100 US per person including tax and service charge.) Go, eat, enjoy Stay healthy
