After reading reviews I did have a concierge service make reservations for 3 for Friday night service. We arrived for our reservations and were greeted warmly by all the staff. The restaurant manager was very helpful and spoke English well! He answered all our questions and made sure we enjoyed our ...stay. We ordered a platter, chateaubriand cut, vegetables and 2 drinks. It was enough for 3 adults to leave full and have the full experience without breaking the bank. The total bill came to around $130 usd, which we found was a fair price for the quality and amount! Would recommend to any foodie during your stay in Tokyo. I would recommend reservations, as it didn't seem like they were accepting walk-ins. Also note, they only allow a 2 hour seating...although we were able to finish within 1.5 hours.

We had lunch here and it was fantastic! My son likes Maccas way too much and it is challenging to get him to try anything sometimes. Well here with some beef rump strips cooked in front of him was just the ticket. He ate 1 1/2 plate full of just steak. Best to try with either the soy or lemon. Wor...th a visit.

The taxi fare from Shibuya was almost half the price of dinner but it was so worth it. It's a very unassuming nondescript shop on a lane off the main road. But when you enter the shop it's buzzing with people. The tongue was of very good quality. Fresh with the right bite. While the fillet was no...t too marbled but amazing melt in your mouth texture. The menu is only in Japanese but the restaurant manager, Yukio San spoke good English. He explained that they were beef wholesalers for the last 40yrs to restaurants and only opened this restaurant 3 yrs ago. The beef here is not branded like kobe or matsusaka but they get the best quality beef at non branded prices. He also showed us their store area and they do Internet sales and can pack for flights. Our hotel made the same day booking in the morning and we could only get the 815pm slot. When we arrived at 830pm the place was packed out. For the price we paid it is worth the trip and recommend you go with an empty stomach.

Famous Wagyu beef BBQ house in Shinagawa area. Try their fresh wagyu beef BBQ with WASABI, you are a Japanese. Nearest st. is Samezu on keikyu line where you can enjoy Showa periods atmosphere somehow, too.

Hidden in a quiet street you never even know it exist . Many selections to choose and is unbelievingly juicy and tender. Go there on an empty stomach. Prices are reasonable too. Warning : Menu comes only in Japanese and reservations strongly recommended.
