I wanted to try something new and fresh, so Jokiya did not disappoint. I would have given it 5 out of 5, but it is a little small inside. 4.5 would be a better rating. Anyway, everything we ordered was excellent and prepared right in front of us (we sat at the counter). The dishes were served on...e after another, after we had eaten one another one came, so the timing was great and the food was nice and hot. You order from an ipad, so you can change it to English. The staff is friendly and if it is your first time and you make a reservation through the Hot Pepper site, you can get a free welcome drink. Enjoy!

We wanted to try something new and had noticed this little place near the farmers market a few minutes walk from Ofuna Station. Although it is quite small, we had enough room to enjoy the awesome dishes: Carbonara Pizza (Bismark pizza), lightly grilled tuna (maguro), meat tray (the pate was awesome......and I'm not a liver guy). You can order from the Ipads on the counter or at your table. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable for the quality and servings, and the drinks are good. I will definitely go back there again. Check out the pics and enjoy! PS: You don't have to make a reservation, but it is a good idea if you can.
