“One Michelin, but eat fast”

A couple of blocks from Meguro JR station, this one Michelin ramen bar serves a delicious menu of shoyu and yuzu shoyu ramen. We had the duck special, also, which was limited to 20 bowls! All were different and very well prepared. A short wait in line at lunchtime, order via the vending machine (no ...pictures, no English; but the staff know some words) and seated at the very simple but stylish bar. Enjoy, but eat quickly; no time to linger and chat at this bar: people waiting. Inexpensive (¥750-1000/bowl), skillfully made; recommended.
