“Simple excellent”
This is a extraordinary Japanese Italian restaurant. To be honest, I cannot expect such high level excitement and exquisiteness of food which clearly surpassed the original level of Italian food (sorry to say that, but again it is due to extraordinary demanding level of Japanese). I paid less than h...alf of having a meal at 5 star hotel but broadened my food horizons. Downside is if you want to try this, you must have a basic Japanese language level or you cannot understand the introduction given from the extra-friendly staff before you have every dish. Chef was trained in Venezia in Italy you can see he mastered the essence of Northern Italian food but infuse his own Japanese elements into his works, and finally he greeted me when I left, I felt so honored. Anyway, now it became a hard-to-book restaurant and it will be difficult for me to have another meal here.

“Excellent”
I love Italian food in Japan. I know the styles are not always traditional or classic Italian (unless it’s a place like Elio Locanda in Kojimachi - another excellent restaurant-true southern Italian cuisine loved by even the Italian soccer players), but Japanese chefs can add a special touch by usin...g seasonal Japanese fish, mushrooms, and vegetables. Here was no different. We had the prefix dinner with wine pairing. Everything was beautifully presented and extremely tasty. I probably could’ve eaten a lot more lol The restaurant is small and tucked-in in Hatchobori. I hope more people learn about this hidden gem!

“excellent italian corse”
this restaurant ,Stesso serving course dishes. Every dish here is always impressed. It is a delicate and powerful taste, and it becomes mysterious how to make such a delicious thing. Whenever I go, I feel welcome. The owner sommelier's Mr.hosi service and the choice of liquor are great. The chef M...r.Ishihama is so gentle personality is also nice. The taste of pasta and many dishes are amazing. difficult to book. If you have a chanceto visit don't miss it!

“Very talented chef”
I returned to this restaurant as I loved it so much the first time. Did not disappoint at all. And I would return again. Even though I only spend a few days in Tokyo each year, I will make time to come here. The Chef is extremely talented. The food is imaginative and adventurous in that there are qu...ite a lot of ingredients in the "mix" but the tastes come together and it works. dishes are simply very tasty. An example - a dish of pork fat (yes, pieces of melt in your mouth fat) with Japanese dried squid , small gnocchi pieces and Japanese vegetable (fukinotou) all together . It was delicious. It's a very small unpretentious restaurant. You are served by the owner and one other server.
