“French restaurant patronized by celebrities”
Literally a stone’s throw away from Seijogakuen-mae station, this French restaurant caters to celebrities who live nearby. They also function as a cafe or wine bar in the afternoon. Due to the popularity among locals and regular guests alike, you may need to reserve a seat in advance.

“Amazing French Lunch and Not So Expensive”
I had French lunch with my wife. We were afraid we will be charged a fortune even for lunch at this high-end restaurant, where many celebrities were witnessed to dine. However, we had a variety of delicious dishes for a reasonable price and we left the restaurant quite satisfied. I had meat and my w...ife had fish for main dish. We were surprised to see one of the chefs continued to see us off outside in the rain (at least) until we turned the corner.

“French fine dining in Seijo”
My wife and I have recently moved to Seijo and visited here on a Saturday evening following a recommendation. The restaurant was about 1/2 full. No English menu so google translate to the rescue. Food was very good and the staff very friendly. I suspect this will become a regular for us, although a... little pricey.

“Better than The Imperial's La Brasserie”
After I had a very disappointing dinner at La Brasserie inside The Imperial Hotel, I decided to write about a much better meal I had at Assiete in Tokyo. Assiette is located two minutes walk from Odakyu's Seijogakuenmae station. We were five of us. Four persons ordered their seasonal set menu and o...ne person ordered a simple 3-course menu. We went for lunch. The seasonal menu was consisted "Amuse Bouche" which was a tiny creamy croquette, "Appetizer" which was a slice of Spring vegetables terrine, "Soup" was new onion flan, "Main" was Filet of Beef served with grilled white asparagus and creamy morel mushroom sauce and "Dessert" was a tart with two kinds of ice cream. They were all very delicious and beautifully presented. This lunch was 3500yen. The simple menu was consists of the same "Amuse Bouche", "Appetizer" was bite size portions of six different kinds of hors d'oeuvre put together on one plate, "Main" was sliced duck breast and the dessert was the same as the seasonal lunch. The good thing about ordering this simple lunch menu was that you could choose any fish or meat dish from the regular a la carte menu. This simple menu was 2500yen. I noticed that in Japan, the drinks such as wine and cocktails, their portion is very small compare to the US. Next time, I may bring my own wine from California even I have to pay for corkage fees. I always bring 3 bottles (duty free) of California wine when I visit Japan. Finally, the service was as good as The Imperial Hotel's La Brasserie. The both places charge 10% for service automatically, by the way.

“The lunch which I am disappointed at slightly‼️”
I did a lunch with Mr. and Mrs. my daughter. It is near from the station, and the entrance is slightly stylish, too. I was led to the second floor after I was kept waiting in a nonsense waiting room. A sparkling wine is chosen by a wine menu. This was a common sparkling wine. I follow with hors d'oe...uvres, Maine after amuse appeared. A knife and the fork are Christofle. Tableware does not have a concept. Was a common dish; do not praise it in particular. In addition, this shop does the preparation in it, but work of the staff is sloppy. The state to settle never has the table after a meal was over. We have spent really disappointed lunchtime.
