It is located in Level 52 at Tokyo Andaz. It brings you the amazing view of Tokyo. I will say is a bar that puts Tokyo at your feet. The cocktail here is amazing, we have been to there 2 days all the cocktail is wonderful. The service from bar is even more amazing. special thanks to Mariusz (Leo) .... alcoholic drinks brings you happy, Leo will let you more happy here. He is amazing !!!

Great venue with fantastic views, really comfortable sofas, and most of all good food and drink menu and really attentive staff. Our family of four had a fantastic time.

Great ambience, but they nickel and dime you for everything. The prices don't include an extra 10% tax, and an extra 10% service charge for what you order. There's also a 2,000 Yen fee just to sit down per person (which we knew). Overall it ended up costing an extra 2,000 Yen because of those hidden... fees, and then there's even a Tip line on the receipt.

We are staying at the Andez and while the view is just as magical as we remember from previous stays, the attitude and service was not. We were made to feel unwelcome, had to nearly beg to get drinks, they had plenty of room at the couches but were held for reservations that many didn’t show for. Tr...ied to get a reservation for the next two nights and they said there was no spots at all. Maybe reserve more of the bar for first come first serve. Don’t remember ever having difficulty at 5 getting a table by the window. When we paid, the server said for us to wait while they verify we are actually who we signed our bill as, implying we lying and trying to get free drinks. Tacky to say that to hotel guests, even if you need to check, there is better ways to word that. The Charlie chaplain movie was cool. Music great as ever. Honestly a great great bar. Just needs a different service philosophy.

This place did not fall short of my expectations. It is extremely high class and the view is amazing. I’d recommend reservations if you are wanting to sit by the window. However, do not show up to this bar broke. There is a $20 cover charge per person for window seating + service charge. We spent ab...out $130 USD on 4 drinks. (The drinks are really good though!) They even had heated blankets on the couches which made it so cozy, I could’ve stayed there forever if my bank account allowed it. I love this place and am so glad we decided to check it out.
