“Great Food, Great Service - 5 Stars”
The food here was fantastic!! I would highly recommend this place; there is nothing that we ordered that we did not love. The grilled meat was amazing! The service was also exceptional, they were so kind and helpful. Hiromi Tagawa, assistant manager, even stopped by our table to make sure everything... was okay. She is the best! They made us feel like royalty!

“Excellent Cuisine - serious service”
I was looking for an authentic Japanese meal without venturing out of the Mori - Roppongi area on a cold and wet February night. I was able to get a seat at the bar area and opted for the a la carte menu over the more substantial meals. I find it hard to determine whether the food or the service was... what made this experience so exceptional, but suffice it to say that eyes from the kitchen to the service staff are 100% focused on ensuring you don’t need to ask for a thing. Lovely mix of internationals and locals, all treated with the same gestures from staff.

“Nice Japanese restaurant.”
Went for lunch twice this trip and food are good as usual. They tend to maximise on the freshness of the ingredients with simple cooking and tasted so good. Service is also good. One occasion with not too peaceful due to a crying child from another table. Overall highly recommended.

“Very UN-Japanese with loud staff yelling orders to the kitchen”
For the prices Grand Hyatt is charging, this is far below expectations and I do not recommend coming here. Wife and I wanted to enjoy a nice QUIET and relaxing Japanese lunch over the weekend but experienced quite the opposite. The main issue is how the waitress takes orders and gives them to the k...itchen. Instead of talking softly in a headset/mic or using a computer order system, or even just pen and paper, the management here decided the way to go is to literally yell orders to the kitchen like this place was a cafeteria or fast-food restaurant. With high ceilings and walls that really exaggerate sound, on top of rude parents with screaming kids, this place is a diner's nightmare. The worst part is that this restaurant employs an army of waitresses and waiters who just stand around and do nothing. They have absolutely no experience on how to manage these kinds of situations.

“Excellent service and food”
This is the Japanese restaurant on the 6th floor of the Grand Hyatt, Roppongi Hills. The sashimi was excellent, especially the chutoro. The five-kinds selection is very generous, enough for two. Even as a meal eaten with rice and miso soup it should satisfy all but the most hungry gourmand. The ...set course ending with rice cooked with chicken was very substantial too. Needless to say, the service was impeccable.
