築地はじめ鮮魚店

しっかりとした魚の仕入れルートを持っているお店のようで、魚が実に美味しい。 キャラクターの濃いオーナー、はじめさんと、一見強面に見えるドレッドヘアの男性が店を切り盛りしているようだ。しかし、話をしてみると、二人とも気さくで面白い人物。 立ち飲み居酒屋スタイルなので、子供連れファミリーは正直、厳しい。 両名とも英語が話せないので、英語オンリーの旅行客も店側の対応が厳しいと思う。 生ビールはキリンのキリンブラウマイスター。しっかり太めの濃い味ビールだが、魚料理も旨いので互いに全く引けを取らない。いい感じ。 グランドメニューに日本酒もあるが、冷ケースに３本ほど隠し酒的なものがある。 値段は覚...えていないが、そちらの酒の方がおいしいかもしれない。 ・はまぐりの酒蒸しGood！ ・いかニンジンGood！ ・鯵の南蛮漬けGood！ ・なんといってもおまかせの刺身盛りが鮮度もボリュームも良くWonderfulである。 店内には店オリジンナルの醤油(鹿児島産)が用意されている。鹿児島の醤油は甘めで化学調味料も入っているので個人的にNGかと思ったが、食べてみると刺身によく合う。店主の底知れぬ実力を垣間見る。鹿児島出身ですかと聞くと埼玉出身といっていた… It seems like the restaurant has a reliable fish procurement route, and the fish is really delicious.
