“Japanese shojin….for everyone!”
An incredible set meal of exquisitely prepared vegan dishes. Contemporary, fresh and creative offered in Japanese Shojin style…That means that each individual dish is a sensual experience for the palate and the eyes. Owner/chef Daisuke-san comes table side to share the items in each dish. A wonder...ful experience.

“Don’t miss this hidden gem in Roppongi!”
What a wonderful and innovative restaurant! They use high-end ingredients to create a vegetarian meal modeled on traditional Japanese haute cuisine. Don’t miss this if you’re in Roppongi. My wife and I aren’t vegetarians or vegans but we loved this place!

“Our favorite restaurant in Tokyo for experience and food!”
This is a unique experience worth the visit. We sat at the counter and the chef prepared all the dishes in front of us. Each one was exquisitely presented and explained to us. The food is all plant-based and varied by course. The restaurant is pristine. Probably our favorite restaurant of our visit!... Go if you can!

Amazing 6 course vegetarian Japanese food I have experienced . Definitely worth the visit . Stylishly presented and loved the grilled cauliflower and eggplant dish .

“Excellent vegetarian food - and they have cooking classes too!”
My daughter and I took a cooking class and then had lunch there. Both were among the highlights of our trip!
