“Perfect sushi even in Japanese standards - must visit in Tskuba”
We stayed in the Bestland hotel and the restaurant is right there on the 2nd floor. Packed with locals, we were offered to sit in the next door bar and have the restaurant's sushi there. It's a good deal as the bartender has great English. The Sushi (mostly Nigiri) was perfect / sublime / everything... you expect from high-end sushi in Japan, and truly make a unique experience you can't find anywhere else in the world. This is not a budget sushi place, but definitely not overpriced. The plate in the picture cost 4000 Yen but included my special request of sea urchin and fatty tuna. There are combo deals with Sashimi, Sushi and Tempura for 5000-6000 yen
