“Best Soba Noodles on Planet!!”

This is my second visit to Katsura and since my first visit I have been dreaming about Hideo Kobayashi's hand made soba noodles. I will be dreaming again from my home in Seattle as the second visit did not disappoint! The day trip from Tokyo to Nikko and Lake Chuzenji is amazing and for me Hideo'...s soba is the crowning treat. I will find a way to return! Watching him make the noodles is like watching a master of any craft.
