銀座 よし澤

Yoshizawa Ginza keiseki is my favorite kaiseki in Tokyo. I have been there 2 times and it exceeded my expectations both times. The food is outstanding, fresh, beautiful and with gorgeous seasonal offerings. Chef Yoshizawa is very creative and his assistant very helpful and talented. The first time ...I went there we had sakura (cherry blossom) sake. It was pale pink and oishi (delicious). The second time I had Mapleleaf tea! Also amazing. Do not miss this little gem which can be challenging to find since it is down some skinny stairs to the entrance.

Sadahisa Yoshizawa opened this new restaurant about one year ago after having successfully built Ibuki Ginza. Both restaurants now have one Michelin star. The restaurant serves a wonderful 10-course Kaiseki dinner (small, medium or large) in a nice, small setting (counter for six people and two tab...les).
