“Kumamoto style noodle restaurant”
Went for the chasyuu ramen(880 yen) It is in the basement. Space enough with tables to choose. You buy the ticket at the vending machine at the entrance. It is a thin noodle type ramen with a consistent/thick pork broth. Overall it was good but the taste depends on people's preference. Personally I... felt the broth had a particular strong taste that to me became better after adding the Raiyu/ red spicy oil.

t is an old ramen shop in Kumamoto. Unique soup and noodles are for sale. I like it quite a lot. I have been around for 30 years now. Preference is each person.
