“Elegant Afternoon Tea in Luxury Garden Atrium”
I wanted to see the Garden Atrium where the Cafe is located. We had Afternoon Tea, Theme-'Colors'. The pastries, cakes, salad, and sandwiches were beautifully laid out in a 3=Tier Swirl of Colors! Delicious. For 2200 yen a great bargain and we could choose the tea or drink, and enjoy the lovely Atri...um. The Mito Plaza Hotel was very beautifully designed by the great-grandson of Thomas Edison (light bulb fame). Be sure to see the long Front Hallway with geometric-pattern carpeting and the Spiral Staircase in Vivid Colors. Surrounded by lush Greenery, My friend called it "the best hotel in the area". We think so... Reservations are Recommended, but we just waited for a table.
