“Fabulous lunch”
Lunch was excellent. Staff speaks good English. Food was superb. The Rose dessert was outstanding. Great value for a Michelin restaurant.

“Michelin starred Sublime”
Lunch in this sleek, cozy spot in Azabujuban neighborhood of Tokyo was perfect. We had the set menu (for two with wines and one al carte) and were treated to Japanese, French and Danish styles of preparation. The chef forages for wild herbs and greens himself and uses local ingredients as much as po...ssible. Wagyu tartare had bits of herb mixed with the fat beef, spring pea purée, sea bream drizzled with leek oil, salad of white asparagus and tiny baby squids, chef’s special mushroom soup, strawberry ice cream, waffles and more. Service was warm and friendly. Go, you won’t be disappointed.

“Great food great staff ”
It was a true pleasure to dine with Chef Kato and his crew. Having eaten at A/O/C in Copenhagen when Chef Kato was there ( Two star Michelin) we were excited to see how he had made his new restaurant a true gem for food lovers. You may ask why I didn’t give it 5 stars and to be honest it was a close... call. Had the steak part of the menu been of a even better cut of meat then I would have.

“Truly outstanding ”
I cannot emphasise enough how truly wonderful the experience at Sublime was. The restaurant is simply yet sophisticatedly decorated and has an intimate feel. The service is very attentive and friendly. Lastly, the food was simply outstanding, truly one of the best meals we have ever had. The ing...redients, execution, presentation and, most importantly, the flavours were exceptional - each dish with a wonderful complexity and harmony. I highly recommend.

“Sublime Tokyo was sublime”
My chef friend recommended Sublime when I was planning a trip to Tokyo. I was in doubt with a lack of information about the restaurant. All the dishes were incredible and intense. And the highlight was dessert. The dish called Rose was not only beautiful but also amazingly tasty! I was sooo full ...already. But couldn’t refuse Rose. Every staffs were super nice and very accommodating and welcoming. I recommend this to all my friends and family.
