“Not so fresh as we expected.”
Bonito served was not so fresh as we generally expected. Inventry mgmt may be not as good as we all expect.

“Very good quality rotating sushi restaurant”
This is one of my favorite chains of kaiten-zushi (sushi go around), and the Musashi Koganei store did nit disappoint me. It has a very clean and nice design with Ukiyo-e pics hanging decorating the walls. Apart from the great sushi the offer all you can eat Maguro (tuna) soup which is free for self... service - one the best deals for self service I've seen!
