“Delicious Experience with Exceptional Food and Service”
A truly delightful dining experience! The staff and chef were friendly and gracious, especially by Japanese standards, making us feel warmly welcomed throughout the evening. Every dish was both delicious and beautifully presented, reflecting great care and culinary craftsmanship. We felt especially... fortunate to be served the prized Kobe beef Tajimaguro, a rare treat. Alongside that, we enjoyed classic Japanese dishes like Katsu Sando and cold Shabu Shabu, each one thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. An excellent place for anyone looking to savor top-tier Wagyu and refined Japanese hospitality.

“This Michelin-starred meat restaurant in Ginza”
This Michelin-starred meat restaurant in Ginza was the first to receive a Michelin star in 2015. You can enjoy the best Wagyu beef cuisine in Tokyo. The restaurant has a nice sushi restaurant-like atmosphere, with eight counter seats. The counter is spacious and open, so we recommend sitting at the... counter seats if you want to fully enjoy the restaurant! The course menu uses lots of seasonal ingredients and is all about meat from start to finish. On this day, the course was centered around matsutake mushrooms, which was fantastic.

“Friendliest Talented Chef in Tokyo”
This nine courses of Wagyu dinner is definitely a special occasion treat. All were delicious, although I couldn’t wrap my head around the tongue. I did taste it, and it was good, I just didn’t want to eat tongue. Everything else was spectacular. And this is the friendliest chef in Japan. He eng...aged with diners throughout the evening, autographed our menus and took photos with us. His personality made the evening even more special. I highly recommend.

“Sublime”
Unbelievable wagyu omakase. Served in a cosy 8 seat dining room. Warm atmosphere that was not uptight like some of the other high end restaurante in Tokyo. Chef Haruka Katayanagi was engaging and dedicated. Sublime.

“Worth the cost!”
This is the activity we spent the most money on in Tokyo, but it was incredibly worth it. It was nice to have a private room and to be treated so well by staff. All of the courses were incredible and after dinner we met the chef, who was delightful. It was a privilege to try Kobe beef in this format....
