“Frozen sashimi, yuck”

The oysters were pricey but fresh. But the sashimi for 3000 Yen was still half frozen, therefore not freshly made. When we complained the cook touched all the pieces and sent it back to us saying that not all pieces were frozen. Which was true, the smaller pieces had already melted - but totally bes...ide the point. We come to Japan a lot, both on business and pleasure and never ever had an experience like that.
