焼鳥 嘉とう

This is a small restaurant where there is only counter seating. Not good for large groups. We went as a party of 4 and asked to be seated at the corner, so we can sort of face each other. There is only one "corner" at this place, so need to book in advance if you don't want to sit in a line. We ord...ered the course, where we get several sticks of chicken parts alongside beautiful appetizers and rice dish. All were tastefully presented, nothing weird and all varied in taste. There was salty, salty-sweet, soy sauce, some citrus-salt, etc. The best was an "unborn egg" that is limited in number and not always available. Not sure if there are any English menus but if you are relatively adventurous with chicken, I would suggest the course and leave it up to the master to grill some treats. The chef used to train at a Michelin starred Chicken restaurant. He seems to know his chicken in and out.
