The food is good, the place is English friendly, the service was very slow.!!! they forgot the some of the dishes, they brought the food in random order with reminders … so the dinner was a bit unusual and less comfortable.

Had dinner here with my family, the food was super duper tasty. They offer many different kinds of meat. The staffs are friendly and nice too ! If you are finding a local yakiniku restaurant, I highly recommend this place. Definitely gonna visit this place again if I go to Tokyo. 🤩👍

We live in one of the many APA hotels in the neighbourhood. Passing by before check-in to the hotel, we stopped and looked at the charcoal grill being prepared outside by the staff. We chose to try our first meal in Tokyo in this simple but very good restaurant. They have two areas, one where you s...it on the floor, and the one wo chose which is sitting in chairs. Very tasty meat which you will grill by yourself in your table, using charcoal grill and the modern-day gasol we get in Japanse restaurants outside Japan. Lots of choices to choose from and very reasonably priced. The staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. We were specially fond of Bimala who served us two nights and she was very service-oriented staff. She and many of her colleagues spoke good English. Once done with food, the staff would spray fabric diseinfectant to remove the smoke smell. But who cares about the smoke smell, it is actually nice to remember the fantastic food one enjoyed in this place. If I am to return to Tokyo, I will definitely choose to return and eat in Koei Honten again.
