Easy to find on the 4th and 8th floor. High quality meat, great service, would come back. Private rooms was really nice

“Shabuki is a hidden gem!”
Right in the heart of Ginza. The sukiyaki is to die for, the staff are attentive and kind, and the wagyu quality is top-tier. Totally lives up to the hype.

“Know what your getting”
From the English speaking tourist perspective- This restaurant is not good for someone with no experience with shabu shabu, or knowledge of the different meat grades. When you enter, you are greeted and immediately asked to choose your meal without any information on what the different choices are. ... Then you are seated. After we sat and had time to really look at the menu, we requested a change before the food was brought out, but were told it was too late. For the super expensive option, 50,000¥ per person, the beef is brought out in 2 separate courses. You also get a tray of vegetables and noodles along with different dipping sauces. You get a brief explanation of the different boiling waters and then are basically left on your own. If you are not familiar with the process of shabu shabu, this is not good. The amount of meat was overwhelming for me. Most importantly, the menu at the table, which is in Japanese, is almost half the price of the menu we were shown. They definitely appear to be capitalizing on tourists. I tried to upload a photo of the menu with the Google translation of the words, but it looks like Tripadvisor is not allowing it . Overall, I did not enjoy. The staff is friendly and the ambiance is nice. Wouldn’t recommend for tourists.

“Horrible touristic commercial eatery”
Very disappointed after visited amazing restaurants in Japan this expensive touristic eatery spoiled our last night. From meal to saki … just horrible
