Had the 7 course menu at ¥6,500. The tea salad is unique. It consisted of roasted cashews, peanuts, diced cucumber, dried shrimps, sesame seeds, tomato, coriander etc. And, in the center it’s lightly moistened green tea leaves. I like the steamed abalone dumpling in tomato water and lemongrass most.... Great combination! So light and refreshing! The restaurant is popular, and it’s best to make a reservation ahead. Lovely meal!

My new favorite restaurant in the world. No exaggeration. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, no pretension. We had a 7 course wine paired meal, I would expect to pay top dollar for- but it was at a very reasonable price for such amazing food and wine. We sat at the bar, overlooking chef prepare, ...and Momo served us taking care to explain each wine and food pairing in English. An-Di completely surprised, inspired and changed my mind about Vietnamese food and wine going together. My view is most Asian food is very difficult to pair well with wine. The food flavours of each dish were individually pure and clear, while being complex and balanced with combinations I would not have thought of or experienced. And the wines complimented in a most extraordinary way. The sommelier has managed to source unique examples from traditional & famous wine regions around the world, with such outstanding characteristics for their types such as saltiness, fine traces of brett, umami and flavours such as coconut (the rose) that perfectly counter each dish they are paired with. I was Stimulated, and my Imagination inspired throughout the entire meal. I even found myself on several occasions unintentionally closing my eyes I was enjoying the flavours so much. This meal left me as if awaking from a perfectly deep sleep and happy dream. So very satisfied. A most unexpected surprise and incredibly lovely people making it happen.
