■Our proud [tempura fried every time] made with ingredients from Ibaraki Prefecture In order to recreate the [Edo fast food] that has been popular since the Edo period, we have devised a style where you can enjoy bite-sized tempura on the spot. Our tempura locks in the moisture of the ingredients, and the batter is light and easy to drain, resulting in a fluffy finish.
