Great place right next Nezu St. With kind and friendly people. Maybe the best yakitoris in town and the coolest chef. We had to make a reservation as it was always full in the evening.

We entered this restaurant by chance but we had an amazing dinner. The staff is really friendly and the chef himself bring you the food giving a brief explanations of what it is. The yakitoris are amazing as the quality of the food is high. It's pretty clear that the chef really loves his job and pu...t his passion in every plates he makes. Order one of the two menus so you can taste a bit of everything.

It was my last night in Tokyo and it was raining, so I essentially entered this restaurant as it looked cozy and it was close to my hotel. I had no idea that it would turn out to be one of the most memorable meals of my 3 week trip to Japan. This restaurant specialty is chicken and the set menu I ch...oose was a delightful experience of exploring everything that you'd find in a chicken - skin, breast, thigh, neck, liver, gizzards, etc. The care and thought around every bite of food that was placed in front of me was remarkable and the taste phenomenal. But apart from the excellent dining experience, the reason this place deserves my 5 points, which I don't give out easily, was the service. From the moment you enter, the staff makes you feel at home and engages into the right amount of conversation so that they can get to know you a bit and serve you even better. There was just no limit to how kind and friendly the service was and this is a rare thing to find. Another bonus was that there weren't people smoking (not sure if it was luck or the restaurant is non-smoking).
