“decent priced sushi, order made, lunch deals”
This is my neighborhood go-to sushi place, since I have been going there for a few years, but my first time writing a review. They actually have 3 stores next to each other, but definitely go to the Honten (the main one). I don't like going here at night, since people are smoking at the bar, so defi...nitely go at lunch time, when there is no smoking for 2 hours from 11am to 1pm. What to order: 1. During lunch, they have some great lunch specials. Order those. They come with a mini salad and chawan mushi (a jello like dish). 2. If the lunch specials are not available, I recommend ordering sushi, which comes in two pieces and try some of the grilled fish. I personally like the maguro no kama (tuna head) that comes in either salty or teriyaki. They both are awesome! In general, you can have good sushi and pay less than 2000 Yen. That is not that bad at all and about 2 notches better than the rotating kind. So, I have made it to 153 UN countries. Interested in reading my blogs?
