My husband and I booked this restaurant on a whim but read great things about it, and we were not disappointed. The presentation was outstanding and the flavors like nothing we will have in the United States - a must experience!

Very traditional and simple but all of the ingredients are premium. Chef would ride a bike to the fish market everyday at 5am to select the fish himself. Rice is very special. Shoyu, wasabi, salt, and vinegar are carefully selected. It is nothing fancy but it is one of the best experience. Chef hims...elf is very passionate.

I would have given my dinner experience a 0 star if there was such option. I booked this restaurant through TABLEALL and paid JPY35,000 per person including JPY4,000 booking fee to the website. Just to give you some perspective, JPY35,000 per person can get you into many of the 1 or 2 Michelin star ...sushi restaurants in Tokyo. So, I was expecting a decent experience. However, I was so angry after dined there as I realized it was a total scam to rip off tourists. When I went into that restaurant, there was one chef + one waitress only. There were zero local customers in the restaurant and the chef had no assistants. We got served 0 hot dishes to start and the waitress didn't even serve us hot tea. Instead, she kept on showing us a drink menu which was in Japanese and asking us. Btw the beer was charged at JPY900. There was a total of 12 sushi only. Rice was hard and sticky and a few pieces of fish just tasted straight from the fridge... At the end, they did not even serve you an egg custard as a finish. I was totally shocked. Are they kidding me? This was just a rip-off of ppl who had 0 omakase experience. DON'T GO THERE!!!! I really want full refund of my money. This is not a proper omakase experience ppl should get, especially at a price of JPY35,000 PRICE. I don't know where to complain. The restaurant was recommended by TABLEALL multiple times and that was how I got to notice it and booked it. I regretted every minute there. AVOID AT ALL COST! I did not expect such scam to be possible in Tokyo in 2022. I have been visiting Japan many times and had some great time but this sushi experience really changed my perspective. Not everything is perfect here.
