I cannot add anything substantial to the other reviews for this restaurant: they are all very true indeed! The food is exquisite and the menu combined two of my all time favourite dishes: king crab and wagyu beef. The place is cosy and indeed seems to cater for locals. Prices are more than reasonabl...e for this kind of quality food. If I'm REALLY going to be pernickety, I would say that the quality of the wines on offer do not match the quality of the food.

We were looking for a teppanyaki restaurant in Asakusa (near Kaminarimon) and this had some good reviews. It only seated 20 and we needed a booking to get in. The staff were very friendly and we greatly enjoyed our meal and French red wine. Highly recommended and the patrons were just about all loca...ls.

Recommended by our tour guide as a great teppanyaki place and didn’t disappoint. Service was excellent and the staff spoke english enough. There was a problem with my reservation (my fault) and they went out of their way to accommodate us. And yes, you need to make a reservation in advance, in a jap...anese website, use google translate and should be fine. We had a lobster and wagyu beef set menu (you get rump stake by default and pay extra to upgrade to sirloin or chateaubriand), including starters. The food was great, tasty, well prepared and presented. A great experience overall.

Great ambiance. Small and cozy place. Service personalized. For the service and food price is right. The main dishes , the lobster and the wagyu meat with beautiful presentation and melting flavor. Amazing meal for a delicious culinary experience in Tokyo. The top grade Wiggo is something not to be missed and the staff was top-notch.
