“Refined Kaiseki in Yokohama”
Chatsubo is not for beginners. The japanese dining experience is refined not uptight. Dinner start between 6:15pm and 6:30pm latest and will end at 9:30pm. Guests are seated at a counter facing the chef and his wife who is graciously helping everyone throughout dinner. Kaiseki is classic Kyoto c...uisine, commented by the hosts in japanese. We had beautiful Aramasa 2014 and Kokuryu. Michelin star is well deserved. We asked gluten free and had special dish replacing the tempura which looked so tempting. Cabs given the address will go directly to Chatsubo on top of a slope.
