“Personal, high end, divine”
This was our first fine dining experience of this calibre. Before arriving we were a little nervous about etiquette, but on arrival we were made to feel very comfortable and valued. We were sat facing the open kitchen and the head chef and his apprentice were interacting with us throughout the ser...vice and enjoyed answering our questions on the cuisine. The food and service were exceptional. We spent £180 a head and were happy we did! Both the kobe and chateaubriand were perfect, and the other 4 courses were beautifully presented and delicious. Highly recommend! 😊 The chefs were happy for us to take pictures for our own memories but I'm only sharing those without them in.

“Watch out with the bill”
The food was great but they tried to add an additional 150£ dish to the bill and I really doubt that it was by mistake seeing that we only ordered 2 set menus and the chef asked us before. Now that I am back in London I see that they charged us twice, once for the reservation and once in the debit c...ard used for the payment of the dinner. I think that they are doing this systematically to see if they get some extra money from tourist.

“Decent food, but very poor service.”
Very disappointing dinner. We arranged for an omakase dinner for 4 in the private dinning room. The food was reasonable, but the experience was terrible. Courses were rushed, plates were cleared one by one while others were still eating, and in the end we were rushed out of the restaurant.

“Terrible restaurant”
Terrible experience. It was very rushed as they kept coming in to the private room to clean away plates while we were still eating. Food was decent but not worth the price. They rushed through 5 courses in one hour and then we were told “time is up” and they basically threw us out of the restaurant.... Staff were very rude and ruined our last evening in Tokyo.

“The fast food of Omakase ”
Shocking service - rushed us through what’s supposed an expensive omakase experience. Waiter hovered over us the entire meal only to tell us “time is up” at 930pm when we were still finishing our meal. One of the worst dining experiences we had in Tokyo. Not worth it with so many other places to cho...ose from. Quality of food did not make up for it with the lack of experience and good service.
