“Worst Restaurant in the World - Shameful rudeness”
An appalling experience - there was a miscommunication from hotel to restaurant that involved a mistakingly cancelled meal. We were yelled at the minute we stepped in and forcibly shown the door. We basically paid over 113,00 jpy for two meals that they refused to serve us or explain why they aren...’t serving us - just literally pushed us out the door. We’ve been to many michelin starred properties throughout the years and the hallmark of something that is supposedly a 2 Michelin star restaurant should be excellent service, and this restaurant deserves 3 michelin stars on what NOT to do. This is even more shocking in japan, a culture we have found to be so polite and welcoming. TL:DR: avoid at all costs, the worst restaurant experience i’ve ever had in my lifetime.
