Simply put, one of the most exquisite dining experiences we've ever had. From the taste of the food, to the presentation, attention to detail, and even serving order, everything was so beautifully deliberate. The whole thing made me simultaneously understand, and appreciate, fine dining as art. I li...ken the experience to going to the concert of a world class artist. You witness, and taste, poetry. With regards to the taste, it was everything we could have imagined, and more. Out of 10 courses, there was one where I felt we could have had anywhere else, three that were probably the greatest things I had ever tasted, and all the rest were right up there with the best of anything else we had ever tried previously. The sake they recommended paired perfectly with everything. On the whole, this was an incredible experience; one we can't recommend enough. It's not a rowdy scene, so be prepared for a quiet and dignified meal, but there's a reason for that. Be in the moment, enjoy every bite, and feel the privilege of being able to watch artists create their work - and then being able to eat it.
