“Sustainable Kitchen Rosy is the BEST!”
My family of five and I chose Sustainable Kitchen Rosy for our last meal in Tokyo and it was fantastic! One member is vegan and the others eat meat and everyone had beautiful delicious choices from the amazing menu. Everything is so fresh and perfectly prepared. We had the mezzo platter, corn soup, ...salads, risotto, lentils, spring rolls, pork and steak. We wish we had found this place earlier in our trip so we could have come back and saved room for dessert! Trust me and enjoy this lovely restaurant. It is a true gem. You will not be disappointed!

“At Rosy, where sustainable means tasty”
This became my comfortable place to stop in a recent visit to Tokyo. Rosy is cozy, with just a few tables but a grand vision of food from their organic vegetarian fare to their impeccable sources of beef and pork. The dishes are inventive, Japanese for sure, but with whiffs of the Oregon scene, alon...g with their Oregon wines. The chef and front-woman could not have been warmer, welcoming and eager to share their philosophy if you are curious. Can’t wait to return to Tokyo and visit again.
