Unfortunately we are not familiar with Japanes food, except from sushi and some other dishes not present at this meal. Our host ordered a typical Japanese meal when we arrived at this place. We had to fry the meat and the fish ourselves on the table, that was made for such a purpose. Except for the ...raw fish, which we also tasted. We prefer sushi. The service was nice, but you have to slide down at the chair with a minimum of place beetween the table and the chair.
