Great location, but the place felt more like a dive than expected once inside. The biggest disappointment was the beer selection — quite limited, and what they did have wasn’t impressive. As someone who’s visited Belgium and really appreciates good beer, this was a big miss. Charging for tasters or ...samples is also never a good sign. Overall, there are definitely better options for beer lovers in Shinjuku.

Embarrassingly bad service - if you can’t work out how to pour 2 glasses of draft beer in 25 minutes you should not be in the beer business I am sorry to say.

Went here on a Tuesday evening. Two other people in the pub. Not any atmosphere or vibe. The bar staff is non-engaging and you have to order from an app (super impersonal). We had one beer is complete silence then left for drinks somewhere else. The pub is quaint and lends itself to be super cool ...and vibey but they’ll have to go back to personal service and employ bar staff with outgoing personalities. The bar staff literally didn’t talk to us apart from pointing us to the app. Not even a word when they brought the beers over. We would probably have had the same experience buying the beers from a vending machine. Pity cause the beer is great.

Popped in here after landing from Hong Kong. Not that easy to find but worth it. We had a few Belgian beers and some frites, all good and tasty. Helpful staff and nice atmosphere

Tasty Belgian style beer and frites near Shinjuku. Excellent selection of Belgian style and Trappist beers on draught at reasonable prices. Probably a good idea to eat before you sample a few of the 8.5%-12% options on offer. Or don't and go bananas 🚀
