“Good for meat eater”
This restaurant is conveniently located at lower 2 floor of Yodobashi next to Bay Sheraton Hotel. Its speciality is on beef. There is a printed guide on informing you how you should eat your beef. There are different types of beef and different sizes (weights). I have ordered the most expensive one ...and it came with a pleasant look. It was medium rare but the presence of a tendon makes it rather chewy. Japanese wasabi, rock salt with sesame seed, black pepper, Worchester and soya sauces are available for one to enhance the flavour of the beef. A bowl of short grain rice and raw shredded cabbage were also served.
