“Small restaurant with great yakitori and friendly staff”
This is a small underground restaurant specializing in yakitori (meats on sticks). Staff were friendly and welcoming and the food is excellent. Choose a few yakitori but do try other things from the menu too - we had the flamed pickled mackerel and “cucumber with small fishes” which was cucumber sal...ad with bonito flakes There are English menus available and a guide to the different parts of the chicken used for yakitori (sometimes it’s best not to read this as it tastes good but you may over think things). One negative thing - the restaurant is centered around the grill so is very smokey from the cooking. It’s fine but don’t wear your finest clothes and if you are particularly adverse to smokey environments you may not enjoy it.

“Japanese Skewer restaurant with poor service”
Friday late night dinner, every where was fully booked. If I have choice I wouldn’t come to this place. The service was poor, not enough food to order after 9pm. The chef was rude, we order one dish And couldn’t understand what he was saying. He made a gesture being like “whatever you don’t unde...rstand what I was saying”. I mean we were sitting right in front of him at the bar table. Very unpleasant dinner, left being super upset and hungry.
