“Extensive variety of tea, elegant atmosphere”

I've been to Demmer's Teehaus a few times. There are few tables so seating can be a bit limited. Extensive menu of tea: black, fruit, flavored, green, roibois, etc. Small assortment of cakes available. The tea arrives on a tray with a timer set for the brewing time. Classical music plays in the... background while guests enjoy their tea. There is a small giftshop. Lovely place for tea in Tokyo Midtown.
