“Older hotel - overpriced”
Spacious, pleasant room. Requested non-smoking, but unavailable. Smell persistent, but not too strong. Only One 110 v outlet avail - opposite from beds, not at desk. No usb charging. Lights wk. Soundproofing minimal. Price 20% higher than previous hotel near Haneda that had much more modern, bette...r-equipped rooms - AND breakfast NOT included here! Coupon, if requested, discounts breakfast to ¥1500/pax - and buffet no better than previous included one. That represents another 20% price increase. Seems barely adequate and overpriced.

“Excellent breakfast”
Had an excellent breakfast buffet spread with Japanese & Western fare. Freshly cooked food is regularly replenished and service staff keen to serve. Only drawback is they don't serve decaf coffee so I miss out! We had a look at the Buffet dinner but the spread were not appetizing for us as they are... mainly western fare with quite a lot deep fried items so we opted out.

“BASIC GOOD FOOD”
We had the buffet dinner, like cafeteria food but enough to quench your appetite. Soup, curry, salads, beef, fish, chicken and tempura veges...a good variety! Breakfast on the other hand was not great....ended up with a salad and a slice of toast! Curry for breakfast...don't think so....fish, ric...e, noodles...not our style! Good enough as was convenient location near the airport.
