百年本舗 秋葉原総本店

中華そば、まぜそば、つけ麺など、単なるラーメンだけでなく麺を活かした様々な料理を提供するお店です。秋葉原で活動するアイドル等も利用しているようで、店の中には所狭しと彼女たちの色紙が飾られています。 一方、店内の構造はよく分からないところがいくつかあり、少なくとも初めて、あるいは訪れた回数が少ない人にとっては戸惑いやすいでしょう。入口入ってすぐ右に券売機がありますが、券売機より前に、席に置かれているメニューのようなものが置かれているため、多くの場合で着席して注文すると勘違いするでしょう。後で店員によってチケットの購入を促されますが、あまりにぶっきらぼうな対応なのが残念でした。券売機のボタンの数も...非常に多く、自分にとって注文したい料理は押したらいいか分からないことも多く、他の客を苛立たせる原因にもなっています。初めて利用する方は混雑する昼食時の利用はお勧めできません。さらに店内に掲示されている情報が多すぎて、何を求めている時にどれを見ればいいのか分からない、という状況も。 遠回しに『一見さんお断り』と言われているような感じがしました。料理はいずれも美味しいのに、そこは残念なところです。 It is a restaurant that serves not only ramen but also various other dishes using noodles, such as Chuka-Soba, Maze-Soba, and Tsuke-Men. The restaurant is also frequented by idols from Akihabara, and you can see their autographs all over the place. On the other hand, there are some parts of the restaurant's structure that are not very clear, and can be confusing, at least for first-time or infrequent visitors. As soon as you enter the restaurant, there is a ticket machine on your right, but in most cases, you'll be misled into thinking that you have to be seated to order, since the menu-like items are placed on the table before the machine. You are later prompted to buy a ticket by the waitress, but I was disappointed that the response was so blunt. The number of buttons on the ticket machine is also very large, and it is often difficult to know which button to press for the dish you want to order, and may be causing irritation to other customers. If you are a first time customer, I would not recommend using this restaurant during lunch time when it is crowded. Furthermore, there will be so much information posted in the restaurant that you will not know which one to look at when you are looking for what you want. I felt as if I was being told in a roundabout way, "No visitors at first sight". It's a shame because the food is all delicious.
