We loved this restaurant. Everything is homemade from the beginning to the end of the meal, even the bread ... which is a curiosity elsewhere but incomparable to another, a delight. I highly recommend this restaurant for its delicate Italian food and hospitality

“Absolutely a pleasant experience but no regional cooking”
From Minato Mirai it takes almost one hour to go to Genova (restaurant) and 3 changes of train. A long way for a restaurant but the appeal of "my" traditional cucina ligure was too strong. So I decided to go and here's my feedback: the place is not easily reachable with public transportation, but it...'s anyway worth the visit starting from the nice interior arrangement and decoration, then for the extreme kindness of the waitresses, reasonable prices, nice menu and very good quality of the dishes. It would be a delusion (at least partial) for who's looking for the traditional dishes from Liguria . This is an Italian restaurant with some acceptable contaminations, not completely traditional but genuine, relaxing and absolutely friendly, even familiar. Background music, low volume, is traditional popular songs like the "coro degli alpini" or the songs from the "mondine". Something that not even in Italy I remember since a long time ago. Only Japanese menu is available and here you'll appreciate the help of the head waitress who can list the dishes for you in English/ Italian Not to miss is the aromatic oil with rosemary , chili (not strong) and basil which will make your pasta wonderful. Everything is good, but if you want to try something excellent don't stop before the dessert!!!! I especially recommend the zuccotto with walnuts, it is alone a good reason to make a further visit! I don't give a higher mark only because of the position and for my betrayed expectation for regional cooking.
